Developer Framework
In fulfillment of Resideo Pro requirements, our team has taken on IoT Platform architecture and an enablement role for others. Our team has organically become an internal leadership group for software.
Our team was formed with the intent to deliver a new website frontend for Resideo's Pro Network. Focused on User Experience, our team recognized the need to level up our platform capabilities and ultimately evolved into a full stack team deploying multiple technologies new to the organization including: GraphQL, node.js, and data storage with policy based access.
The team also is a leader in quality and continuous deployment automation: Data Schema Visualization, Automated Testing, Automated Previews, Automated Package Publishing, and more.
Resideo Admin
Internal employee portal and tools to enable our teams to get things done.
Our team was a consumer of our own developer framework and pacakges to deploy an employee portal within days. Immediate benefits of improving discoverability of tools and providing a single source of truth for KPIs and Platform Status. By enabling tool maintenance across teams and Lines of Business in a single place, we can have greater focus on our customers.

Honeywell Partner Programs
Took on Product Management for "White Label" of our mobile app, and recognized true recurring revenue opportunity in providing packaged partner services across our IoT Platform. With limited team, focused on a limited number of key enterprise opportunities. Delivered successful projects, directly benefiting both parties, and introduced a full set of tools for a hardware-oriented organization to migrate to Software as a Service (SaaS) and Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) programs.
Provided internal templates from SLAs and Contracts, Pricing, Presentations, to Onboarding. Also developed new services and tools for external partner use as well as internal management.

Agriculture ERP
Working as a Product Manager with a team of four, we collaborated with the second largest Agriculture Co-op in the US and built a set of key features for Agriculture Co-ops Dynamics 365 Operations (AX).
Our work demonstrated the benefits and value of bringing modern business applications to a highly specialized industry. This project later received investor funding and is now carrying out our team's vision via Levridge, LLC.

Owned end-to-end product lifecycle from initial budgeting to release of ERP Software for the Distribution Companies. Led market analysis and strategy and owned design, development, and release management of portfolio. Responsible for 3rd Party Partnerships, including contract negotiations with Microsoft.

The manufacturer doesn't offer a smart controller, and the thermostat doesn't offer full control. What would it take to make this a "Smart" Air Exchanger, when it was never intended to be one?
Many thermostats can manage humidity and also have "Frost Control" to deal with adjustments in Winter. I've yet to find one that manages humidity thresholds in colder climates, so I made one.
